Fully understanding the importance of the protection of personal information and of your trust on us in the insurance broking business, we properly handle your personal information and carefully maintain security management, observing the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (“Act”) and other regulations and official guidelines. We promise to build up an internal set of rules and to educate employees so that we can handle your personal information more securely and properly. We answer any questions and cope with any complaints in a timely manner, and review and improve, if necessary, our Policy. Based on this, we have made effective our Policy on the Protection of Personal Information (Principle on the protection of personal information) as follows:

1. Acquisition of personal information

We receive personal information by legally allowed and fair means to the extent that it is necessary for the purpose of its use.

2. Purpose of use of personal information

We are an FSA-registered insurance broker having terms of business agreements with admitted insurance companies. We use received personal information only for the delivery of property & casualty insurance, life insurance, reinsurance, mutual insurance etc.to you and for various consulting services. We never use such information for other purposes.

3. Security policy about privacy information

To prevent leakage, loss, modification of personal information, we organize ourselves, as a whole entity, to be able to handle your personal information properly not only by setting up strict internal rules and regulations to protect your personal information but also by making our technical security level much higher. We pay close attention to what our employees do as well as what our subcontractors, if any, perform.

We never disclose your personal information to third parties without your prior consent except for the following cases:
