We regard our client’s requests for enhanced products and services of higher as a challenge and an opportunity to demonstrate our professionalism. We will respect the data entrusted to us by our clients and comply with local laws and regulations governing data privacy.
We are always proactive and pay attention to any change in our client’s situation as well as movements in the global markets so we stay on top of our game. If we do ever fall short of our client`s expectations we will treat any complaints in a rigorous and professional manner and seek to put things right as quickly as possible.
We will act with integrity, honesty, sympathy and mutual respect. We will not tolerate any behavior that deviates from these values. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, adhere to global best practice and adopt professional standards. If we encounter a conflict of laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate, we consult with our compliance and/or legal specialists before deciding how to act. We also seek to avoid any conflict of interest which could impact our clients. We watch out for situations, for example, where a revenue opportunity for Marnix Group is not in the best interest of our client; likewise we are sensitive to situations where we are potentially conflicted by being brokers to both parties to a transaction for instance. We are dedicated to choosing our actions with care and fixing mistakes promptly. We do not hesitate to raise concerns and seek guidance. We will not tolerate retaliation against any colleague who raises a concern about a violation of the law or regulations. Moreover, each Marnix entity enters into this Code of practice in good faith.
