・We must keep confidential our clients’ personal information received from them, and must not disclose it to third parties or allow them to use it without our clients’ consent.

・We must sincerely and speedily investigate and cope with any complaints from our clients.
・We must treat equally our clients with the same kinds of risks surrounding them, and deliver our service of the same quality to them even if the brokerage we earn differ among those clients’ accounts.
・We must avoid acting as an intermediary for the conclusion of insurance contracts which may violate the principles of insurance.
・We must prepare documents showing the types of services we provide to our clients and our financial information, and disclose them to our clients upon their request.
・We must perform our duties for our clients or insurers with professional skills, knowledge and caution.
・We must record in written, as much as possible, our talks, communication and meetings etc. with our clients and insurers.
・We must endeavor to collect, by eagerly persuading our clients to disclose or in other way, the essential facts and data which may exert much influence on whether or not certain insurance contracts are actually concluded.
